How can I change my order?

Order not shipped yet: please Email us at with the corresponding title and state your request. We will assist you with your request ASAP:

Title for item change, in terms of color, size, etc.: "Item Change #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".

Title for delivery address change: "Address Change #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".

Order already shipped: Unfortunately, we're unable to change any order information for you under this circumstance.

How can I cancel my order?

Order not shipped yet: Please contact us at with (order# & reason). We will proceed with your order cancellation request immediately.

Order already shipped: Please contact us as soon as you can and we'll endeavor to halt the ongoing shipment. If successful, your request of cancellation will be fulfilled. Otherwise, the shipment will continue to be shipped.

You can get in touch with us and submit another request to return the order when you receive the package.


Can I return the item?

Yes. However, Certain items fall under exceptions and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

- Digital Products

- Items marked as Final Sale

- Used Products (items that have been altered)

- Products Purchased on (For purchases, kindly proceed with returns directly through Amazon)

When will I be refunded?

A refund will be issued after processing your return, which may take up to 30 working days after receiving your return.. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amount. We will not leave you hanging! Please check the Return Policy for more details.


What types of payments do you accept?

Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order?

Our system is set so that only one promotional code can be applied to each order. If you have any coupons with a future expiration date, make sure to save them for the next time you order!
